Our Team.

We are passionate about social innovation and have worked in enabling and creating innovations in different capacities.

Starting his career as an engineer, Anshuman's first tryst with leadership came when he ran a motorcycle garage operations for 2 years, picking up key insights into what makes people tick. While working for Make a Difference, he led a city team of 20 energetic youngsters to positively impact over 500 children, while also streamlining internal processes like volunteer recruitment, retention and overall city operations.

Continuing his foray into the social space, and using his experience as a Young India Fellow at Ashoka University, Anshuman led the BTCP track for TFI in Ahmedabad massively improving the success rate and impact of the program, while also being a key member of the InnovatED core team.

With an engineering degree from IIT Guwahati, Sreeram was the first engineer at Finly (a fintech startup), where he was responsible for setting up their tech team from the ground up, and helped launch two products from scratch that are being used to this day. Sreeram also volunteered at Make a Difference (MAD) for 6 years, and piloted the Foundation Programme across 3 shelters in Bangalore that has now become a full-fledged programme running across the country.

Currently at Noora Health, a YC incubated non-profit, he works as the Technology Lead looking at ways to scale their public health programs with the efficient use of technology. Sreeram strongly believes that the right tools and the right guidance can transform a simple idea into impactful social change.

After studying Economics and working in marketing & brand management space, Aishik made his transition to the development sector by pursuing the Teach For India (TFI) fellowship. This experience piqued his curiosity about social innovation and brought him closer to the idea of building and scaling impact-focused solutions & organizations.

After the fellowship, Aishik joined TFI as staff where he led the Social Innovation vertical and designed, managed and executed social-innovation-focused projects like InnovatED (an education incubator) and Be The Change Projects (a fellowship incubator). After this, he made his transition to India Welfare Trust (IWT) where he built eivolve (a volunteering incubator) and currently spearheads IWT’s Incubation & New initiatives efforts. Aishik is a builder at heart and supports incubators, entrepreneurs, and researchers in India and other countries.
